0:41.4	federal prosecutors that will likely allow him to avoid jail time by pleading guilty to
0:45.6	two tax crimes involving failure to pay over $1.2 million to the IRS and admit the facts
0:51.8	on a felony gun charge which stemmed from his illegal purchase of a firearm while on drugs,
0:57.4	which he admitted to in his autobiography because he's an idiot.
1:00.7	By taking the deal to plead guilty to the tax misdemeanors, he will receive a two-year
1:04.7	probation agreement and only if he violates that probation agreement, will he be prosecuted
1:09.0	on the felony gun charge.
1:11.0	Hunter will also reportedly agree to enter a diversion program upon admitting the 2018
1:15.9	illegal purchase of a firearm and once completing the program, we'll have the ability to get
1:20.9	the charge revoked from his record completely.
1:23.8	Hunter's lawyer released a statement saying, Hunter will take responsibility for two instances
1:28.7	of misdemeanor failure to file tax payments when due pursuant to a plea agreement, a
1:33.0	firearm charge which will be subject to a pre-trial diversion agreement and will not
1:36.9	be the subject of the plea agreement, will also be filed by the government.
