Politically that would tell his fan he's, hey I need to vote for this guy because this guy who happens to have a Hispanic name,

named Henry Cisneros, who happens to have a Hispanic name,

named Henry Cisneros, got a cabinet position.

So even though they're taking all my money in taxes,

even though their policies are terrible,

I'm going to keep voting for them. even though their policies are terrible.

I'm going to keep voting for him because his name is Cisneros and I'm Rodriguez or

Fernandez.

I don't know if this works. The Democrats sure think it does. The blacks know it does with

You know, before the world went wacky, I thought Sisk Narrows was a cool dude.

He was America's highest ranking Hispanic. He spoke in lofty language. Heck what I know I was a

high school kid, a college kid. He was clean as a whistle and there was the Sanantone miracle he had he had made San Antonio this international city right here in Texas

with a Latino background.

Unlike LA, you didn't have all the trash and the violence.
