All right, to start with, can you give us an update?

What's a situation over at Shelby Park right now?

So we're still controlling it.

We've got it protected and we're going to continue to do that and

for the federal government has no right to kick us off our own property. This is not federal

land. This is not even private, this is government property

that the state of Texas or some entity of the state of Texas owns.

What's the situation on the ground? Is it like as oppositional as the media

portrays it where it's like you know the Texas National Guard is really

keeping out the feds or is it more like collaborative and it's just being

kind of played up? It's collaborative. The feds are not pushing us out they They're not cutting the wire down right now. They stop doing that. I think basically the border agents, they don't want to be doing this and they're not doing it anymore. This is a Biden directive that they're basically saying this is not

right, we're not going to do it. So what about these kind of auxiliary

organizations that are helping the migrants? I noticed about a day ago a big story

broke that you are suing a large Catholic

organization all passo. You know it's funny we weren't actually soon we were

asking them for documents to figure out if they are aiding and abetting moving

these people around and hiding them running stash house and they sued us in a court of their choice.

So all now we're doing is counter suing them
