Thank you, Curtis. It's always good to come back. I always enjoy it.

You always have a home here.

So the theme that I want to do is looking back at 2023 through the lens of humility and hope or hope and humility.

And the reason for this is because David and I

along with Russell Moore and Nancy French, David's wife, we are launching the

After Party Project which is trying to lead Christians towards better Christian politics

and a big move of this moving towards better Christian politics is the move from the what of politics

like the what of ideology or party or policy, to the how of politics.

And the how is really anchored on spiritual values, relationships, and practices, and especially spiritual values, that the how, that Jesus is much more clear about the spiritual values we're supposed to bring into politics than about whether this ideology or that ideology is supposedly the more Christian one.

So the two, one, two of the key spiritual values that the after party has identified
