I'm excited today to have a friend, Michael, Fransizi.

He's the son, many of you remember the notorious underboss

of New York's Violent Colombo crime family. And you've seen him on TV. You've probably

heard him speak before, many of you, but I'll tell you, I met him through a speaking event. And trust me, sometimes what you see on

stage isn't really necessarily the real person or the real character of a person behind the scenes.

And Michael is. And instantly I just thought right on.

And I think when people come from hardships and they see the grace of God in their life to truly change them, then you see the difference.

Michael was born again while he was serving a lengthy prison sentence.

And he's been able to walk away from that chapter

in his life without having to go into protective custody, which truly, that's unheard of,

or without being knocked over. But he resides in California with his bride and seven children,
