We start in Greece.

Hundreds of thousands of people have been protesting in towns and cities across the country

to mark two years since a rail disaster that killed 57 people.

In Athens, hooded protesters through petrol bombs at police.

There were clashes outside Parliament as officers tried to disperse the crowds with tear gas.

The crowds say they want justice for the 57 people who were killed

when a passenger service collided with a freight train near the Tempe Gorge in 2023.

A report published on Thursday found the crash was caused by human error, poor maintenance and inadequate staffing,

and protesters like these two are venting their anger.
