A big day in Washington, D.C.

It's at the Supreme Court of the United States.

And you guys know Zach Smith of the Heritage Foundation.

I've had them on plenty of times.

The perfect guest to have on today, I think

we're one in a million interviews that I'm sure he's given today. So we appreciate him taking

the time. We were going to have them on last night. But then I found out that they were going to be

holding some of the major, the Supreme Court was going to be holding some of the major

decisions for for today and man there were some big decisions why don't you just give us a

summary of what went down today Zach and then and then we'll go into the cases case by case

if that's okay with you yeah absolutely well absolutely. Well, thanks for having me on

the show this evening, Carl. I really appreciate it. Even though I've done a million

interviews, I can say you're one of my favorites. So always enjoy coming on with you to talk

Supreme Court law and order and everything else legal related. But look, you're absolutely right

today. It was a huge day at the Supreme Court, and it was a huge

win for Donald Trump and his administration and the birthright citizenship case, which actually

didn't talk about birthright citizenship, but dealt with the issue of nationwide injunctions.

It's a big win in several other cases, one involving pro rights, one involving the state of

Texas' effort

to protect minors from being exposed to online pornographic materials.
