Hi, it's Rob Moore here. Now I've been banging on about these two vital areas of you and your money

for at least a decade, probably nearly 15 years. And some people haven't listened to me and some people like well that's

not possible or that's you know that's a bit get-rich quick or whatever and I

think this lockdown has just made these two vital areas of your money even more urgent

and vital for you to survive and thrive at this time.

These two main elements are one. I believe it's vital to have multiple

streams of income. You have one income stream, that income stream dries up, you are financially dead. Now unfortunately we all know

the reality right now with what's going on in the world with the lockdown and the

quarantine there are going to be millions of jobs, hundreds of thousands of businesses where

the cash is just going to dry up because they had one income stream.

Now I'm fortunate I have income stream from books, income streams from

a letting agency, income streams from about three or four different property

businesses, income streams to online businesses and courses and training companies I have.

I believe I have about nine income streams. Now I'm not saying I built those nine

income streams in nine minutes. 15 years I've been investing in this, but I saw pretty quickly in the recession of 08

that if I didn't have more than one income stream, I could be financially dead and ruined.

And right now I don't want you to be financially dead and ruined.

Now the more income streams you have, the more flexibility you have.

If one industry gets disrupted, you've got a few left. If there's

a lockdown or a quarantine you can still earn income. Multiple streams of income is

vital. I believe you need at least three and many millionaires and you know

very successful business owners people with vast amounts of money they often
