Welcome to the 73rd edition of the Hip Trinkle Chick podcast, a guide to life on and off

the yoga mat, recorded tonight in Washington, D.C., at the Pink Palace with Louie in Toe.

I'm fresh back from leading a retreat this weekend down at Yogaville, and yes, there is actually a place called Yogaville.

It was delightful.

We had 10 lovely retreaters, eight from D.C., two who actually drove up from North

Carolina, people who have read the book, two fabulous yogis, and love the book, and so came to

join us. And actually, it was shorter for them to come from North Carolina than it was for us

to journey down from D.C. But it was just an absolute treat. The sun was shining the whole weekend, and we had a really nice time just relaxing and restoring.

So I hope you also had a rejuvenating weekend and some downtime.

Today's podcast is a really fun one.
