Bonjour, welcome to the 127th edition of the Hip Trinkle Chick podcast, a guide to life on and off the yoga mat.

0:18.7

Thanks for your patience while we've been on a bit of a hiatus with the opening of our new

0:22.9

yoga studio on 17th Street.

0:25.7

It's been a little chaotic and as you may know, we've switched to doing every other week

1:35.3

feet apart, two to three feet apart. And let the feet splay open, draw your shoulder

1:40.2

blades flat, turn the palms of the hands to face up, allow the eyes to close, and

1:48.4

tune into your breath, just resting here, absorbing all the sensations around you, absorbing

1:55.4
