All right. What's your big takeaway from the Super Bowl as it relates to our team? It can be really

from just the postseason overall. Mine is in sync with my emailer Mark and Annandale. The big

takeaway, but it's not new for me, is just how far off our team is defensively. And it's tough, and we've seen sort of a change,

although every year's different, and maybe it'll change back to offensive teams dominating

and dominating the win percentage next year. But it's hard to go through a postseason

with a bad defense and continue to advance.

And when you have a great one, you have a chance to be led by that, even if your offense isn't top-notch.

The season this year was led really by the best defensive teams in the league.

Now, with that said, would we have a different opinion if the Rams don't muff a punt in the NFC

championship game and they beat Seattle and then they beat New England and their defense

struggled, you know, towards the end of the year?

Maybe.

But still, what a difference a few years

makes in terms of the number of teams that were dominant defensively, and it coincided with

winning more games than losing. We've seen some really good defensive teams over the last 10,

12 years. You know, teams like Cleveland, the Jets have been really good defensively at various times,

but they just haven't had the quarterback.

They haven't had the offense, and they lose a lot more than they win.

This year, you know, you had some examples, including, you know, a team like Denver,

a team to a certain degree like Houston, that won a lot more games

and were really led by their defense in winning games.
