First off, happy Thanksgiving to everybody.

We will get to the game. We will get to the game at hand this weekend with Washington and Philadelphia, although admittedly that game is going to suck and it's going to be very difficult to watch because no one is going to be playing in the season ended weeks ago for Washington. But we're still looking ahead. I want draft. I love draft.

And there's nobody better than Ryan Fallon. Ryan Fowler joins us here on the Kevin

Cheon show. Ryan, how much fun have you had the past two days watching some of the top prospects

play in the hope for the national championship? Man, it's been great. First off, then, appreciate you, man. Happy New Year to you and yours. It's been great, man. It's been great. I love watching ball this time of year. It's really, you know, for Washington's perspective, unfortunately, you know, just a scout in the off season. It's been their Super Bowl for decades now. Now hopefully moving to this year with a major offseason, right, for Dan Quinn and Adam Peters. But it's always a joy watching these big time ball players go out at Blue Chip recruits, four stars, five stars, guys even lower, guys like Trinidad Chambleau, you know, really kind of letting a nation know, hey, he can play ball even at the highest level. So it's a lot of fun watching these guys really let their socks store or for some of the

guys let it slip a little bit as well. So we've been having a conversation about available options

potentially for Washington and who should, who they should go with. Should certain guys be

available? One of the guys that I am in love with is David Bailey. And that would be my selection

if I'm Washington.

What did you see when you watched him yesterday and when you watched him throughout the

course of the year?

Yeah, entering even yesterday, he was my egg one in this class.

I know the consensus is really revolving around Ruben Bain.

I think he's an outstanding football player as well.

But every time he watched David Bailey on tape, whether it was at Stanford or whether it's been this year at Texas Tech, he is the most explosive pass thruster in this class. He can affect the game in a variety of ways that you saw him batting down passes yesterday if he's not able to get to the quarterback. I think he's just a flat-out dominant potential type of football player

at the NFL level that can win with speed. He can win through your chest plate with power.

You saw the versatility that he has dropping into the fringe areas if you have to. Now,

you're not drafting him to play in the fringe areas in coverage. You're asking to pin his

ears back and get you 10 plus sacks a year. But he is edge one for me right now in this class, and specifically for Washington,

where you got to get guys that can get after the passer.

You tried it in years prior drafting guys like Chase Young and Montez-Swed.

You thought they would be these elite types of guys.
