But I just noticed that the Eagles traded for Jonathan Grenard.

I missed that.

Did that happen right before the draft began?

No, it was during.

Two third round picks the Eagles sent Minnesota

for a player that essentially will replace Jalen Phillips, right, for the most part.

Right.

And I think is a really good player.

When he became a player that was that Minnesota was looking to deal, I thought because

of Durante Jones being here coming from Minnesota, I thought that that made sense.

And two third rounders won in this

just past draft and one next year. Now, they did have to, you know, pay him. They just to agree

to a four-year, $100 million extension. But I think he's a good player. Yeah, I mean, he's made a

pro bowl. You know, I mean, you get a Pro Bowl pass rusher to go with that defense where you have those guys up front, the monsters that they have in the interior.

And like you said, needing to replace Jalen Phillips, I think that it was a good pickup for them.

And, you know, they weren't really in love with the guys in the mid-round, you could tell, because they, you know, were dealing those picks there. But they were able to get a talented, you know, wide receiver, jump up, leapfrogging, Pittsburgh, and then adding a veteran for, you know, a pretty affordable rate as far as picks go. And, yeah, like you said, you had to pay them, but I think that it'll be worth it,

you know, in that Vic Fangio defense.
