And of course, locally here at Channel 4 for a few years, you know, I looked this up.

Do you know it's been a decade since you left Channel 4 to really launch your national?

That's what I'm guessing, that the move to ESPN launched your

kind of NFL reporter national career, and it's been 10 years since that happened.

How, how, how, how?

The thing is, I actually knew that only because I recently was around the commanders and got to

see the great group of media that covered them so well and all my old friends and it's just,

it's like seeing it was a reunion. It was like seeing family. Some of the best people I've

ever met in my life, not even professionally just in my life, I met in Washington and covered the

team.

Yeah.

So it was, it was so great to see everybody.

And look, I will, here's my observation, Kev, from just knowing so many of the reporters

that cover the team, when the team does well, it's like everyone's lives are better in general.

It's like people are buying houses, having more children, are more in love.

And I'm like, maybe this is correlation here when the commanders win, everyone wins.

So, yeah, time has flown, and I would not even, I would have have I would have nothing without my time in

Washington I can tell you that I don't know about increasing like love and and

family size but you know it is interesting that for years as we wallowed in

this team's misery you know people that that have done what I've done which is
