heading to Foxborough a little bit later on this afternoon, where the team will hold a joint practice with the Patriots

tomorrow, and then they will play a preseason game their first of 2025 on Friday night

against the Patriots. I just saw that you tweeted out that this, or retweeted Ian Rappaport's

report that Zach Taylor, the head coach of the Bengals,

told reporters that Joe Burrow and other big-name players will play several series on Thursday night.

They open up Thursday night, and then more in game two against Washington.

Ian Rappaport said,

new way of doing it with eyes on starting fast.

Now, the Bengals have been historically in this era,

a slow starting team,

but I'm guessing that we're not going to see that strategy

in play with our team.

Well, you know, the second preseason game is now the old third preseason game.

So if they're going to play, the starters, this is the one they would play the most.

Now, you know, if we're talking Jade and Daniel, do I expect him more than two series max?

I mean, I don't even know if we'll get two, especially if they score on the opening possession, but maybe two, and same

probably with like, you know, the defense and others, but that's probably about it. I'd be

surprised if it was more than that, and I don't anticipate most of the starters playing against New England either.

So, you know, the joint practices are where it's all at.

That's where Dan Quinn and the staff are really hoping to see, you know, what they need to see out of these guys, the young players, the vets, etc.
