I heard that stat last night and I had to look back into it and turns out they weren't lying.

49ers who are rolling and beat a desperate team last night. I mentioned to the caller yesterday,

it's fair to say that the 49ers have risen above their injury

problem this year. They had massive losses on defense, right? Nick Bosa, Fred Warner,

and had some offensive players, even though they're very healthy now offensively, had some

key offensive players out for, you know, the portions of the season early on. I pointed out that

they are an aberration, that the 49ers, no matter how great that organization is, and it's a

very good organization. Following, you know, their Super Bowl appearance in 19, they went six and

10, uh, with, uh, an absolute, you know, mess of injuries the

following season in 2020. And then after their last Super Bowl trip, last year, in 23, last year,

24, tons of injuries, they went 6 and 11. So it's not like they rise above it all the time. They are doing it now. I pointed out

yesterday to the caller, look at who they've beaten, you know, in recent weeks, the Titans,

the Browns, the Cardinals, the Giants. Go back to earlier in the season, they beat the Saints,

they beat the Cardinals. So a lot of their wins are against bad football teams.

But last night was, yes, a team quarterbacked by 44-year-old Philip Rivers, but a team that

was desperate to win to keep their playoff hopes alive, they are still, still actually alive,
