cold enough for all of you yet what a stretch of winter uh for our area the dmv single digits at night

for four consecutive nights that's pretty impressive uh we've got a chance to set the record uh for

days consecutively with temperatures in the 20s or lower.

yeah no weather update yesterday or really uh you know no serious weather talk no reason to have

Doug cammer come back on the show because the storm

for this weekend is not looking like it's a storm for us. Outer banks, look out. You know,

corolla, duck, you know, the outer banks area beaches, they could have a full-on blizzard this weekend. Heavy snow, a foot of snow,

50 to 55 mile an hour winds. That would be so cool to witness. I once drove all the way out

to Montauk, Long Island, to catch a hurricane. It was a category one hurricane, but my brother-in-law and I drove all the way out there.

Pretty wild.

For us, likely nothing, and I think that's probably a good thing.

We have not handled this week very well, and it's not been an easy week to handle.

The ice and snow is just caked in. It's like a glacier out there and the cold's

going to continue, but I think a reprieve from snow and ice this weekend would be a good thing.

So yeah, it's kind of a long shot that this big storm on the East Coast is going to pretty much stay out to sea and well east

of us anyway for for us as it appears now things could change the cold continues although it looks

like we'll get above freezing next week early next next week. Then we can start to see some
