Max, and so I watched that last 30 minutes or so of the Nats-Mets game. It's another sign, by the way, just big picture, that the nationals are so much better than they were last year, so much more of a competitive

team than they were last year. I think after their 1-7 start, I think they are 28 and 29

since, something like that, 13 and 10, I think in their last 23. Nobody hotter in the National

League than the Mets coming into the game last night.

And Washington had New York dead to right with four outs left in the game.

Another solid pitching performance from McKenzie Gore, six innings complete, two earned runs on five hits.
