A man was hospitalized and charges were filed after an altercation at the Bruins game on Saturday.

Officers were called to the balcony level of the TD Garden when 48-year-old Aaron Tucker was arrested and charged with serious bodily injury and assault in battery on a person over 60.

Police said Tucker, who was wearing a New York Rangers jersey, shoved the victim who fell headfirst down several rows.

He was transported to the hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.

We can hear from a witness of this entire thing, Dan Poole on WHDH.

We looked up and there was a whole bunch of yellow jackets on the opposite side of the ice.

You could see like the paramedics were working on somebody, you know, trying to get them out of there.

And then they picked them up on the backboard and carried them up and out.

I mean, they get going early, get lubed up.

I did read a report where the victim had said that he was blackout drunk.

Yes.

And didn't remember what he did that might have contributed to the argument.

Obviously the guy, the other dude shouldn't be throwing somebody down the stairs, what have.

Some witnesses say that the final straw was he put the middle finger in the suspect's girl friend, whether it was a romantic or not, that was seated next to him. And that was what really set him off. But he was agitated. In her face or something. Okay. Thank you. Appreciate that. Just that. Yeah. Yes. Okay. Does I end it in her? Yeah. Oh. I don't see. It was a real one of her. I don't know what it was. Sorry. Yeah. But I was saying this, Greg, you know what?
