He was telling a story of standing on the sideline with Ricky Proll, watching Brady go down the field to win that game from the 40-yard line with the winning kick after the out-of-bounce kick and just both like it's over.

They knew it was dead on arrival as soon as that kick went out of bounds.

But I have to say it's somewhat revisionist history because the Patriots got that ball and there was a great play to Troy Brown on the final drive and then they called an

offensive pass interference.

It was first in 20 at the Patriots 30 because they lost 10 yards after that penalty.

And then one of the great catches you'll ever see the Dion Branch catch over the middle.

I mean, Dion Branch, maybe all-time underrated Mount Rushmore in Boston sports history.
