On April 18th, Turkish authorities conducted an operation to burn over 20 tons of confiscated drugs

and a town named Lice, which caused the error in the settlement to become thick with drug smoke.

And for at least five days, people cannot leave their windows open and avoided going out for fear of becoming intoxicated and experiencing the symptoms of getting stoned on this particular drug.
