The poor people down the cave. And Courtney's a new homeowner. Yeah. And so now she's concerned that her home is going to be taken by eminent domain.

And I found out about the lost cities or the forgotten cities, whatever towns, whatever they were called. I mean, I have full, it keeps me up at night now. Well, do you live in like a neighborhood? Yes. Okay. You're not abutting a major highway or a bridge or? No. Okay. So the chances of eminent domain happening to you is probably zero.

So obviously I'm sensitive to those along the Cape Cod Canal that they basically have to give their houses up. I mean, this is a federal thing in eminent domain, and it's necessary sometimes.

But let me point it out this way. And again, I'm sensitive to those on the Cape Cod Canal. We would not have a Massachusetts turnpike if it wasn't for eminent domain. When they built the mass turnpike going through Newton in the 1950s, they used eminent domain and took away. I don't know how many homes, don't quote me, but it was in the hundreds. And they promised that you were only going to have to pay tolls on it for 10 years. Was that what it was? Yes, it was 10 years. I didn't know that. You're still paying a toll on it. And if you don't, you get something in the mail. Right. No matter where I go, I end up with things in the mail telling me I owe money. There was a poor woman, though, that we heard from who said that this was her last stop.
