And a NBA player who wants you to know how difficult it is for him right now in the NBA.

And then we'll get to Hill Notes.

But I just ran into one of our very valued partners on this radio program walking around the building here, Anthony LaMachia from LaMachia Realty.

0:23.0

And he demanded, you demanded to be heard on Bill Belichick.

0:28.0

Yeah, usually I want to talk real estate, but good God, the Hall of Fame election committee, what?

0:35.2

Yeah.

0:35.4

Every one of them needs to be fired.

0:36.7

Every one of them that didn't vote Belichick has to be fired.

0:39.0

Kick them off. Yes. It's not even like, are these people serious? Well, I think they, they appear to be the 10 or 11 of them who said no. Obviously not bright people. No. I mean, literally not bright people. So if you're hearing me, you're not that bright. I mean, I just don't understand.

0:55.0

It's insane.

0:55.8

The guy won six Super Bowls. Eight appearances, I think. I mean, this is nuts. And you feel, and if you feel so strongly about it, go on social media and say that you did it. Because the only people that are going on are the people that are like, I, I voted for him. Please leave me out of this. I voted for him. Well, you know what I just noticed right before I went Instagram live here,

1:12.0

I saw Jimmy Johnson just put a post out with him in Belichack and with a whole statement. And I know Jimmy said that yesterday, but it's lunacy. It is. It's nuts. It's like somebody saying, you know what, that brownstone in Beacon Hill, I'm only going to give you $200,000. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

1:25.7

No, that was definitely a good price in 1982, right?

1:28.8

You're just 40 years late.

1:30.4

Can you help Courtney? I'm only going to give you $200,000. Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, that was definitely a good price in 1982.

1:28.2

Right?

1:28.9

You're just 40 years late. Can you help Courtney out, by the way, because she has full anxiety over eminent domain because of the, you know, they're redoing the bridges to the cave. The poor people down the cave. And Courtney's a new homeowner. Yeah. And so now she's concerned that her home is going to be taken by eminent domain.

1:47.0

And I found out about the lost cities or the forgotten cities, whatever towns, whatever they were called. I mean, I have full, it keeps me up at night now. Well, do you live in like a neighborhood? Yes. Okay. You're not abutting a major highway or a bridge or? No. Okay. So the chances of eminent domain happening to you is probably zero.

2:04.8

Okay. You're not abutting a major highway or a bridge or... No. Okay. So the chances of eminent domain happening to you is probably zero. Okay. But I just want to point something out. So obviously I'm sensitive to those along the Cape Cod Canal that they basically have to give their houses up. I mean, this is a federal thing in eminent domain, and it's necessary sometimes.

2:34.6

But let me point it out this way. And again, I'm sensitive to those on the Cape Cod Canal. We would not have a Massachusetts turnpike if it wasn't for eminent domain. When they built the mass turnpike going through Newton in the 1950s, they used eminent domain and took away. I don't know how many homes, don't quote me, but it was in the hundreds. And they promised that you were only going to have to pay tolls on it for 10 years. Was that what it was? Yes, it was 10 years. I didn't know that. You're still paying a toll on it. And if you don't, you get something in the mail. Right. No matter where I go, I end up with things in the mail telling me I owe money. There was a poor woman, though, that we heard from who said that this was her last stop.

2:51.8

This was the last place she was going to leave before, you know, she went on to bigger and better
