I was happy to hear you say Marcus Jones, who's one of my new favorite humans, not players.

What a light he is.

Oh, yeah.

That's the first time we were here.

What day is it, you guys? On Monday, we got to sit down with some of the players and coaches, and that's the first time I sat with him. He is wonderful. So besides a great player, but what a special kid. Yeah, great human being. Yeah, I mean, you look at this team, and I think, you know, that's the great thing about Mike Vrable. We were teammates of his, and now when you get to see him as a coach, he really wants these guys to show their personality. All right. So I'm so fired up to talk about this with you. So I live in Nashville. I've done a lot of Titans game. So I've known Coach Rable that way, right?

And so I always thought, like, just how he comes off, right? Like gruff and kind of, you know,

like more tough. I remember talking to Ryan Tannahill. It was the season they were in the playoffs,

a FC championship game, and Ryan threw an interception, I believe, or turned the ball over.

And we had the Titans week one.

And Ryan talked about how depressed he was.

And it was a really hard off season and therapy for the first time in his life and couldn't sleep, was having nightmares.

And so I said, who or what really pushed you to get to therapy and to like really process this? And he said, Mike Grable. Really? And I was like, really? Yeah. And I said, I'm completely surprised. He goes, everyone is. He goes, you don't know how much he cares about our mental health. So then I met with Mike. And I said, I've got to tell you, I just came off with this,
