The calculations were nearly complete, and you unbelievably, had broken a record by donating over $5.7 million this year to the Jimmy Fund and Dana Farber,

and that is extraordinary.

We were sitting there at the end of Monday show and hoping that we could,

together we could beat last year, which was just short of $4 million and blew that, you guys blew that

out of the water.

So the previous record was set in 2008, $4.9 million.

And we are well above that.

Mayor Wu has responded to the Trump administration's ultimatum of being a sanctuary city.

Would have been nice to talk to her about that during the Jimmy Fund.

Wu spoke yesterday after she and 31 other mayors from across the country received letters

from U.S. Attorney General Sam Bondi warning communities to identify the immediate initiatives

that they are taking to eliminate law, policies, and practices that impede federal immigration enforcement.
