I was, uh, I was getting out of the car with my son the other day and we were, we're like,

I was telling him, the late John Saunders taught me something, and I thought it was fascinating.

And John was a, uh, a big part of my broadcasting career that we, this may come as a surprise.

Like, look, a lot of times I'm running around, I'm doing so many things that I come running into the studio, whatever. I got to, we got to tape a pod. We got to do this. We got to do that. And we just kind of rock and roll and go. And if you don't know me, you're like, whoa, did you say hello to everybody? Right. So my first time working with John Saunders, I was doing a radio show at the time. I did a radio show from four to seven. And I was doing a college basketball halftime. The game started at seven. And it's like one building away. And there's a skywalk. And so, but I, you know, so I, during my last break or my next last break, I go and put on a suit and tie. Then during my last break, they come in and maybe put some makeup on me. And then I've been doing radio for three hours. I generally don't leave my chair. And I get up, I go to, there's a skywalk again. It takes you to a cafeteria. I get a little food in the cafeteria. I come back and I'm, you know, I can't make any meeting.

The producer comes into my radio studio so we can meet there. So I had never met John Saunders. I come in and I like 10 minutes before halftime, put in the earpiece, say hello to everybody, sit down and we go. And so I read into him, you know, a couple of weeks later. And he was like, you know, when you come in, you have to, there's a way you have to do it. I was like, look, I love you. But I had no idea it was an issue because like I'm literally working a different job and then I have to switch to this job. And there's things that he's like, oh, I get it. I wish I would have known.

Anyway, one of his things that he said, like, I should do and he believes, like, when you give kind of a real world analysis of somebody or something that could be taken as a negative,
