And we are joined right now by the head coach of the Los Angeles Rams,

getting ready for a trip to Baltimore this weekend. Sean McVeigh joins us. Coach, how are you, man? I'm good. How are you doing? We're on, and we appreciate you coming on. Let me start with this. And this just isn't unique to the Rams. This is going on in other teams and other cities. When a player makes a mistake, for example, Kyron Williams fumbled on the one, we had that guy in Arizona dropped the ball in the one. It happened in your game. The Colts guy dropped the ball. You're obviously mad at that player. But, Sean, how do you decide when to coach him up, put your arm around him and say, hey, get back in there or to get on him, like to throw a bucket of cold water

out of him and say, hey, that's unacceptable. That's a decision I think you probably have to make every week. How do you decide when to be hard on a guy and when to coach him up? Well, I think the first thing is, as you say, what's the goal? The goal is to solve the problems and to be able to change when things like this arise in the future.

And so I'm a big believer in, you know, and I've heard Nick Saban say this before, negative experiences without correction causes loss of morale.

You correct the issue, not the person.

You put your arm around him.
