It worked out so well.

I was so pleased with that well I went and I never done it before and I was very

nervous about it but you and Marnie gave me some great tips and it worked out really well

terrific I know you knock it all apart it was something I'd like to continue to do and talking

about mental health stuff and and I learned a lot yesterday as well, but a great charity down there.

What was Rosie's advice?

He told me to write, slow down on my notes and write multiple times

so I would remind myself during the speech to slow down and it helped me a lot because well first of all it was an hour you know and I wasn't sure how I do doing that but second hall you get nervous right you do it and you talk fast yeah and so I a little more

emotional that I would like but that's kind of the guy I am yeah but it worked
