they haven't had an attorney for more than seven days because the state can't pay for them,

nor can the defendants. So this is those that are indigent.

And the state is required to provide you with an attorney if you cannot afford one.

And so we're out of money when it comes to that part of the budget, apparently.

And so we're just to be clear, we're just releasing the violent criminals out onto the street.

Well, so the four defendants that were, are released.

Two of them face drug distribution charges.

One man is accused of choking his partner and a man accused of receiving stolen property.

So we're just letting a guy out.

No public defendants.
