Good morning, Zach Alverson in for Chris Hockey. A Minnesota woman wants to become the first

black woman to paddle down the Mississippi River Devon Browns. As she is working on a plan,

to paddle down the 2,300 miles of the Mississippi. In a ride she calls the source to see.

Her journey is set to take place next May. We'll have her start at Lake Atasca and have

and had all the way down to the Gulf of Mexico. Brown says she is at her best as a person when she's

in her kayak and hopes to inspire people to make the most of their lives.
