Earlier in the show, one of you mentioned that the era of being able to have a basketball team signed three huge stars and go all the way is over because of all the depths that we see throughout the league. Yes. I can't help but think about how the Lakers are being run now by the same group that runs the Dodgers front office. And when the Dodgers went to the World Series in 2017, the best players on the team were guys they brought up through the draft. So my prediction is that Mark Walter spends big, signs who he needs to sign, and then let Andrew Friedman, who I understand has somewhat of a consulting role with the Lakers in addition to the Dodgers, work his analytical magic. There have to be some common out between what they did the Dodgers and what they need to do with the Lakers, and I think they will build a bunch of great guys around Luca and Austin and maybe even

LeBron and win a couple titles in next few years, guys.

So let me pick up that point.

That's interesting because the Dodgers did find guys that other teams kicked away.

They found guys that kind of didn't fit anywhere and they developed them and they became huge contributors.

So I think that is something that the Dodgers or the Lakers will focus on is finding value in guys, in this case, young guys who can sort of complete a roster. I hope so. Here's Ernest in L.A.
