Yeah, you were just talking about where an unwed mother might go to have her baby,

and that was something that my mom did back in the 1960s.

Was she home young people?

Yeah, so there's a place called the Crimson Care and Counseling Center in Peoria, Illinois.

And if you're a young unwed mom, you go there for your pregnancy,

and when you have your baby, they help you adopt it out,

and then you go home like you've been at camp for the last 10 months or whatever.

And did people really buy into that?

Yeah, it seems so.

When I was a teenager, my mom was a nurse and went back and worked there, which had to be, you know, really, I don't know, bad immoral or bad ethically or something. But, yeah, that's what she was doing. Huh. Yeah, there were a lot of people there. Really? All right. I mean, like, when my mom told that story, like, she didn't know for years.

Like, her sister just went to a camp.

So, yeah, but generally, okay.

And I was 40 years old after my parents had passed and went and found my sister, my brothers and I went and found her, and now we all have a relationship together.
