I think we're starting to get to the bottom of what really happened in Philadelphia.

And it becomes a he goes or I go sort of thing, right?

And that's what feels like happened.

There's more to it.

You know, there's discussion about how in the heck did the Eagles draft Jalen Rager instead of drafting Justin Jefferson who set all these rookie receiving marks?

And even the Vikings, if you go back and watch their war room, they were surprised that Jefferson was still available. They, like most of the free world, thought, well, that's what the Eagles were

taking. But we found something that it hasn't dropped yet. Michael Irvin's got a podcast. They'll

come out tomorrow. But the transcripts were released and NFL on Fox lead analyst, Super Bowl champion, pro football hall of famer Troy Aikman offered

this up as he gathered from a conversation with Peterson, quote, the difference and opinion

in how they're going to move forward with the quarterback position played a role in his firing.

Jeffrey Lurie has paid a lot of money toence, and they're on the hook with him,

and they can't get out of that contract right away.

Aikman told Irvin, who's longtime friend, former Cowboys, teammate,

it's my belief that Doug Peterson felt that Jalen Hertz probably should be the quarterback

going forward, but how does that mesh with Wence's contract situation?
