We begin in Virginia, Minnesota, a man who allegedly shot his brother in Virginia is facing

criminal charges.

Over the weekend, officers were called to a home, along 9th street, where officers

learned that Robert Culp had shot his brother in the head.

Hope was arrested and please found his brother laying on the floor inside the home of

blood around his head.

While police were transporting Culp, he reportedly told an officer, I woke up from a dream

and was told to shoot my brother.

He's facing multiple felony charges, including second degree attempted murder.
