Japan, country of Japan, has a fairly new prime minister.

And apparently, she only sleeps about two hours a night.

And normally that would just be a her problem, normally, but

seems that her direct employees, yeah, they're not fans because she decided to call them

all to the office to prepare for a budget meeting at 3 o'clock in the morning. Now, to put it mildly

this cause day, as they say, stir. But now that they know what's going down, they know that they work for a lunatic. But apparently, this is what she does. She doesn't sleep, so you're not going to either. But look, lunatic are not, there's always a bigger lunatic. Six years ago, a tech CEO was murdered. Why do we bring it up now? Well, the trials are going on now, not for the

murderer, but for the murderers, because apparently several people were involved, all of them

former employees. Now, among the numerous other issues, one thing that the CEO did was make

employees do push-ups to get their paychecks. You have done your obligation for work, but to physically get your paycheck, you had to do push-ups.

500 push-ups.

It turns out that does not inspire, quote-unquote, good vibes among your employees.

Who would a guess?

Now, sure, these are extreme extreme examples but we've all been

in a work related situation where the demands of the boss or a co-worker or the clients and that's

this questioning why we do what we do in the first place a target for example this is a new one

uh turns out that if a customer gets within four feet of an target employee, that employee must smile at you. They must smile at you if you get within four feet. Now, if you're only 10 feet away, they have to at least make eye contact or wave to you. Just keep that in mind next to them you go to Target. Whether you plan on talking to them or not. Where's that smile? Yeah, where's your smile?
