real barbecue here's what you're gonna do you're gonna get on the freeway going to go about 45 miles. You're going to come to a rusted down mailbox. You make it right there on a gravel road and you just keep going. There's a man that lives in a dirt hole. Now, he comes out of that hole every Thursday morning with a brisket. That's some barbecue right there.

Here's my main problem with barbecue restaurants.

It's the only business where it's just fine for them to not have the stuff that they say they're going to have.

Like they're smug about it.
