Like in the U.S. alone, about 87 million households have at least one pet.

Frankly, I have two.

And the reasons given for having pets include companionship, emotional support, security,

stress reduction, et cetera. Unless you have a pet raccoon, like Miles said, we go to Ohio, where a woman

was pulled over for driving on a suspended license. Well, the officers were surprised to see the woman's

pet raccoon in the front seat, but they were even more surprised that

Chewy had a meth pipe in his mouth. Look like he was trying to smoke the thing. Now, police

quickly deducted that the meth pipe did not belong to Chewy, but instead belonged to the woman

that they pulled over, and she was charged accordingly. Meanwhile, a woman got into an argument

with her roommate about her roommate's cat.

This is down to Texas. I don't know what the argument was about, but she was stabbed 28 times as a result.

And those are just stories about pets. Earlier this week, Florida, they recorded their first

fatal bear attack in its history when a black bear killed both a man and the man's dog.

Well, guess what? The next day, a kayaker in Florida was killed when an alligator snatched her out of the boat.

Didn't even eat her. This kind of killed her and then left her floating in the water.

And by the way, neither the bear northergator had been found. Now, animal news is all over the place because, well, animals are animals.

Like a woman in Switzerland.

She's in court for feeding her neighbor's cat.

Apparently, that's illegal there.
