It was very awkward listening to that podcast and and not hearing my own voice even though I hate my voice but it's been doing well you

know getting a little bit of sleep and more importantly the baby is is

doing really well and gaining good amount of weight and all that good stuff.

So I am happy to be back and ready to roll here with you.
