3695. Joining me this week on the show as he always does my good friend and partner in

crime Dan Hirschka Dan how's it going Bob?

I'm doing pretty well. We we had some temperatures back in the 30s today, so it's a lot nicer than, you know, the

one to three degree range, so it was actually could get out and do some things around the house.

And, you know know just looking forward to

some good hunts coming up and most of the spots around here now there are people ice fishing

so you know we talked last week about hunting the cold

freeze and it's it's definitely here so too bad the the ducks are gone but I see a

lot of people are are pounding the geese up here so I need to get out.

Yeah we we're experiencing a little bit of freeze here the last week or so as well and it definitely impacted my most recent hunt which basically the blinds that I hunt are a public-ish area not not so much just walk up and hunt but it's a lottery type system and they

actually closed the blinds off on Saturday due to ice and that kind of stuff on the

river so had to basically just you, result to a different plan.

We ended up doing a field hunt for geese and just off the X, you know, unfortunately,

that it was a cold and, you know, the geese waited till the warmer part of the day to fly and when they did they came in just drove but they were
