Welcome to the show. My name is Josh Palm. We appreciate you guys joining us here for the second episode of the HP Outdoors Waterfowl podcast.

As always, I'm joined by my co-host Dan Horushka. Dan, how are you, sir?

Hey, we're just a couple days away from season starting, so my trigger finger is getting a little

itchy here. Yeah, tell me about that. I, you know, so much goes into the first hunt of the year you know the amount of

text messages that are going back and forth between you know all of our

buddies and everybody that's going to be going in on this first time of the year, you know, the anticipation

can't get any higher. So I'm certainly feeling that anxious nerves, getting ready to head up to

Pennsylvania to join you boys and, you know know get that first one out of the way.

Yeah, no doubt about it and I'm ready to go, got everything cleaned up, ready to pack up and

get in the field. It's that time again, finally. Yeah, yeah. So we've got a real good show here, you know, this episode we were going to be joined by Mark Brendan Mule.

He is a freelance outdoor writer and photographer and territory manager for Avery

outdoors so we're going to have a good chat with him about, you know, just some tips to help everybody have better success shooting pictures in the field and obviously some tips that will just help you in whether you're taking pictures of the family or whatever.

So lots of good information from him and you know

kind of just what we were talking about now that the season is rolling around and we're getting ready to go in

full swing here we thought it'd be a good time to maybe take a few minutes to talk about some of the things

that you can do ahead of time and prepare yourself to have the best season possible.
