I'm doing great. Always a good day when you can hear from Howie Roseman in sunny, Phoenix, Arizona. I just want to set the record straight very quickly. I just thought it would have been bad for the podcast if we were like wall to wall. I'm not up to anything nefarious. The woman, you know, listen, we got here. They never rooms ready. It was a whole thing. Listen, we are not staying at the door, okay?

Finally, there were rooms and ready.
