All right, Jeff, how you broke some news yesterday. You said that if Marshawn Lynch,

nothing happens with Oakland, he'll be willing to come to New England.

Scott Zolak yesterday, I'm told, said that it would be a situation where Marshaun Lynch and Sherman would come from Seattle and some sort of trade.

What are you hearing about how would Marshaun Lynch come to New England?

How would that work?

Well, I'd characterize it as a long shot, but it's a sentiment that Marcon Lynch is privately expressed.

And I said yesterday that it was privately because it's not something that he has kind of brought to the table to the Patriots or the public negotiating stance or anything like that.

It's just something that he is clearly interested in entertaining

if it gets to that. So the first thing that would have to happen is it would have to completely

break down with the Raiders, who I'm still under the strong oppression are his preference to

play for. And if it doesn't work out there with his hometown team, then his comeback decision is real,

if he can find the right team to play for.
