0:48.3	This is the way that it works. Every year, at the beginning of the year, you have an opportunity
0:52.4	to think about a goal or something that you want to do. And what I strongly encourage
0:57.6	entrepreneurs to do is to start with just one goal. Because oftentimes we want to do a thousand
1:03.2	things. I've been there, done that, got the t-shirt. But what would it look like for us to
1:06.8	set one goal for a quarter and then align all of our endeavors to hit that one goal?
1:12.1	It number one helps prevent overwhelm. Number two gives us a clear plan of what we should
1:17.3	be focusing on for those three months. If it does not get us closer to our quarterly goal,
1:23.5	then we should not do it. And then number three, once we have our goal, once we are staying
1:27.8	focused, then what we need to do is come out with monthly and weekly things that need to
1:31.8	get done in order for us to achieve the quarterly goal. Let's walk this through an example.
1:36.9	At the beginning of 2021, I said that as a founder of Social Curator, I want to have a photo
1:43.0	gallery with over 3,000 images. That is my one huge quarterly goal for the business. So
1:49.3	what do I need to do? I need to figure out, well, how are we going to organize all 3,000
1:53.2	photos? How are we going to begin search filters? How are we going to get colors? How are
