0:03.6	Once spring afternoon in 2011, Jeremy Clifton was in a rush.
0:09.2	He was living in Atlanta trying to make ends meet,

1:00.3	I was like just six feet above him, and trying to get him in a move,
1:04.3	and he began to come to, and he moved his arm,
1:06.7	and he made contact with the third rail,
1:09.3	and just sparks, flew up and down his body,
1:12.4	and I thought he was dead, like I thought it was done.
