This heat wave is out of control.

98 degrees here in D.C. yesterday.

The mercury hit 100 in places like New York.

And Boston, half the country is just sweltering.

And then the thing is, I mean, look, it's summer.

It's hot.

I get it. But it just seems to be going on for a large number of days and no relief in sight. People are changing

their work schedules, you know, doing things early. Why doesn't the president do something about this?
