Oh my goodness.

I would not have told you that when I started this a year ago that I'd be having my mom on,

but both my mom and my brother were out visiting me and I asked both of them and my mom said yes.

So hey, maybe next year we'll get my brother.

We'll see what happens. So her name is Jane Halbrick and she is visiting me from Minnesota, which is where she

lives with her husband. And she is kind and gracious enough to talk to me on the podcast today,

which is so cool because it's a totally different generational viewpoint on kind of how we got to where we are and what the baby boom.

Okay, so, mom, what have you noticed about women your age and the lack of information available

in regards to the postmenopausal life?

Well, there should be a sucking vacuum sound here because I wasn't aware of any literature

when I was beginning to be a postmenopausal woman. And I think that's one of the greatest

gifts that's happening by your generation to us. It's not just down the generation, it's up.

Because we need information and we need it to keep coming because so many still don't.
