Voting is underway to determine the winner

for Nationwide Insurance's Hambone Award,

the award given to the pet with the strangest insurance claim.

The Hambone Award got its name from a previous winner of a dog that got himself stuck in a

fridge for several hours and ate a full holiday ham

and was then treated for mild hypothermia.

Oh wow, but that was the happiest dog ever.

Well last year's winter was a cat named Giles. Giles needed stitches after

being folded inside of a sofa bed. Oh oh wow and cats are like super pliable so

right Giles is fine. But here are a few of this year's nominees.

Archie. Archie is a dog in New Jersey that got too excited. The male man was at his home to visit so he broke

through a glass door and needed stitches for his paws. Oh wow! Can you imagine?
