Man, I've been waiting 69 episodes to say, this is episode 69, and do my little bachicabow-w-w-w-w-song.

And what I want to talk about today is how you do anything is how you do everything, which means I must be a really silly person.

If you consider how I do the intro to this song or to this episode.

How you do anything is how you do everything, which is very much in alignment with the point of view that your entire life can be a spiritual practice,

which is what I love so much about taking a psycho-spiritual approach to life and magic, spiritual development, love and expansion.

These are no longer things that you only experience for an hour every Sunday morning,

or even when you're, you know, sitting at your

altar in your groovy green backyard.

It's something that happens everywhere all the time.

It happens standing in line at the bank or cleaning spilled oatmeal off the kitchen floor.

Or if you live in a place like I do, if you live in L.A., crazy traffic, red light after red light,

those are awesome opportunities for spiritual development.

If you see them that way, if you approach your life that way, your whole life can be

a spiritual practice. And one of the tenets of that could be how you do anything is how you do
