And today could be a really exciting show or not.

It's definitely a mystery to me how this is all going to pan out.

So bear with me because today's show was titled Fight or Flight versus Feeling Your Edges with special guest Corinne Wilson.

And I heard a few hours ago that Corinne is sick and not coming on the show today.

So that kind of threw me for a loop because at first I was like,

oh, no, I'm so not prepared.

Because I wanted to talk about, you know, what you might be going through,
