When you think of the role of pastor, what words come to mind?

Shepherd, leader, preacher, business manager, counselor, accessible 24-7?

Well, too often we expect too much from our pastors.

They are human beings with limitations like the

rest of us, yet we need and we count on their leadership. In fact, scripture calls us to honor our

leaders and to pray for them. But when we put unrealistic demands on our pastors, when we expect more than

we should, we set them up for burnout. For the first half of today's show, I'll talk with Brian Cluth to talk about creative ways

to encourage and bless your pastor,
