“Good eating lifestyle is not a diet, because it’s not limiting. It’s a lifestyle” - Tai Lopez

The Gracie Diet is an eating lifestyle, developed by the Gracie family of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fame, and designed to combine the correct foods with each other, to give you energy and health to accomplish what you want in life.
But even more fundamentally, in this episode I talk about why it is important to be willing to experiment. Those who have done incredible things have always been willing to experiment, to try things out and see if they work, and whether that’s diet, lifestyle, habits, or anything else, everyone is different, and so experimentation is often the only way you can know if something is right for you specifically.
